“Colorado Fire Break has demonstrated to me how their system literally saved my ranch up in the mountains in Boulder Colorado from a recent wildfire. An aerial view of my property will show burn marks encircling my home outside the 50–75-foot perimeter that was covered by the Colorado Fire Break installed sprinkler heads deploying the1,700 gallons of fire-retardant gel from my on-site tank that they installed. There is no question that for an investment of less than 2% of the cost of your home it will ultimately save 100% of your home from a wildfire. Both my neighbors had their homes consumed by this fire due to the fact that they did not have an exterior fire suppressant system. Kevin Stutz is one of the most dedicated contractors that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. It was my good fortune that Kevin just happened to be on site during the time the Sunshine Canyon Fire started to roar down the mountain heading to my ranch. It was the last day of installation and Kevin manually deployed the system just as my home became engulfed in smoke. We both drove down the mountain together just after the system was deployed. Kevin has been back several times since the fire to make sure that my temperature and UV/IR sensors were all working so that in the future if another fire is sensed by these systems the fire suppression pumps and sprinklers will automatically deploy if I am away. The exterior fire suppressant system has been the best investment for my ranch and I would highly recommend Kevin Stutz and his company to anyone who wants to protect their home and their family.”
